WW1 and partners voluntarily dismissed a lawsuit after successfully stopping the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife from executing a kill order that would have destroyed the Sherman wolf pack. The legal action blocked a kill order, prevented its renewal, and exposed the Department’s willingness to ignore science and policy to appease irresponsible beef producers grazing cattle on public lands.
